Today I will go out from office earlier. I will go to marketing office of apartment developer. Yesterday, their staff officer phoned me and promoted their new apartment building. They explained about location, design and price of the apartment. Then we made appointment to give me more detail information and to see the miniature of apartment. I agreed because I had planned to buy apartment as a gift for our first wedding anniversary. Yes, time runs so quickly, next month is our first wedding anniversary. I will make it as a surprise gift for my wife and I’m sure that she will be so happy about it. We had dreamed that we would have our own apartment and live in there happily. 
10 minutes passed after I go out from my office, I arrive at marketing office. Then I meet their marketing manager. First, he shows me the miniature and explains about the apartment building in detail. One type of apartment is very interesting to me and I’m sure that it’s very suitable for us. After know to my choice, he explain about the price and give me the brochure contains period of payment. I check cash advance and choose that still under my budget. As a deal, I fill the booking form and only pay booking fee. He also shows the agreement letter that will be used by us after i pay cash advance. We make appointment again in 2 days later and I have to pay my cash advance on that day. After finished, I leave that office and go home soon to prepare for the next appointment.
