This is a great plan for me after I have worked for 3 years; I will get married next year. For preparation, I have target to buy house in this year. Since few months ago I have searched on some property location. From these, I get some choice and in order to get fixed choice so I call my brother. He works on building inspection Company. On the phone have dealed that he will come on this Sunday and on that day I will go to some property location for searching to get fixed choice.

This is Sunday morning and my door is being knocked. After open the door, I see my brother and he smiles to me. Soon I ask him to come in. For a while we tell each other about our self condition now because we have lived in different country for 3 years. I tell to him about my planning to get married at next year and all of its preparation. He tells to me about his career and I am impressed to him. As building inspector he has a lot of experience to know the building is good or not good. He also has traveled to many countries as a benefit from his job when he must inspect building at other country even to be a building inspector should has a big responsibility on the jobs

We start to go to my choices for property location one by one. I have 3 alternatives for my choice. On first location we analyze that it’s not good for home stay. Safety aspect of the building is minimal. On Second choice is good but we must compare to third choice. After analyze third choice, we decide to the second choice. We think that is better than other choice.
