I have a friend that has a skill to paint. Someday I ever asked him about his vision in the future and he answered that he wanted to have a gallery for his painting. He promised with him self that he will leave his current profession and take a professional position as an art painting person. I asked about his current job right now and he said that the current salary is not balance than his dedication and his job description and this reason can be a good motivation to speed up to do the next steps in his life.

I asked again about his preparation to reach his dream, he said that he already prepared some stuff and learn something that different than his past before.
