Chatting is one favorite in the cyber world and that’s one big reason why people interest to surf in the cyber world. We know there are some huge chatting providers and most of them let us to enjoy using free chat software. All chat lines can be accessed by everyone from all countries and divided becomes some categories.

My credibility and my message, —anyone can be successful“ were being put to the test. I was thinking very fast because I didn’t exactly know what to tell him. Fortunately he continued speaking. He said, —Mister Tracy, I live in a group home.  Mister Tracy, we repair furniture.  Every month, I buy a $100 dollar savings bond.  If I continue doing that, will I be a success, too?“

Looking a job is not easy, even sometime if we know and found the right way it could be easy. Everyday we can see on the television, read news paper or hear from radio that the number of unemployed become multiple time that few years ago. Even the main responsible of this problem in on the government hand but actually there is on the best solution on this because there are some limitations with the government power. There are some alternatives solutions to reduce the number of unemployed, here some of them:

·        Exploring all resource in the country and try to provide some mass project that using as much as possible the number of citizen. Even this project is just temporary job but if the pilot project can running well supposed to be there are another project as a continues ways.

·        Give s benefit support for capital owner especially from foreign country so they have a big interest to provide their main business or industry in the country. The benefit for them can be an easier on administration, export-import tax reducer and law enforcement.

·        Try diversification on the some main industries as backbone. The main industries should be follow the culture and environment condition of the country. For example if the country is an archipelago, supposed to be the main industry is fish industry. This will help the citizen to explore the nature resource and make it as a business and industry

·        Provide as much as possible available jobs inside the country and the foreign country. This way can help job seeker to find the job inside or outside the country. For example you are a salesman right now and have a plan to move to North Carolina, so you can find using internet and just type “sales jobs in North Carolina” in the search engine and in the few second you will found some of options.

·        Government can make a bilateral treatment with some countries sin related with available jobs in each country the possibilities to send their citizen to fill some of position. This solution can have some benefits like additional cash flow and as the reducer number of unemployed.

Above options can only work if there is cooperation between government and citizens so we can work together to get the best solution for the better future of citizens.

I use my eyeglasses before read a memo from other department and then continue to write and reply some emails. Nothing is special email may be because of low season in the production line so I can minimize my time to check my email.

Sometime if I have relaxed time and sit in front of my computer, I smile when I see email. How could we want to communicate with our partner with the distance just less than 10m and we send email. The email go through to thousands miles of the cable and space to the provider server in other countries before finally go back and come to my friend’s computer that just short distance from  my table.

Actually right now in my office, communications with different sections 70% using email. This purpose is for legitimate on the communication so can minimize the doubt during communication and right now it’s approved to rise up the work productivity

One of success story already written by one of my friend. This is the story: from the high school he always like mathematic lesson and all of his friend knew that he is the one and nobody can beat his mathematic test score. After graduated from high school he enter to the technical faculty until the third years he started interesting with marketing world.

He start to join as freelance marketing in a company that sell products to support hospital activities like disposable gloves, adult diaper, hygiene products and others medical products. After finish his diploma he start to build his own business even the freelance jobs still running as well. His new business is education center for student. Right now he has two big business because he has medical equipment supplier and education center. He still prepare the third business with sea food as the main business in restaurant.

“Nothing can stop me to buy a digital camera after I get the bonus.” This is what my friend says this morning when he already gets the bonus paper. I know this man already has a dream since one year ago and he already prepared everything to make his dream become true.

For few months ago he always looked for detail information about some types of digital cameras as beginning reference when the time is come. Now he already gets the bonus and I’m sure he will buy his dream today. I knew my friend has a good commitment to get what he want because he was not just save his money but he tried to get side jobs as additional income to reach his dream. So good luck and keep spirit!

Manage finance is not so simple even for some people that is not a big problem. The key for handling our fund are a plan and strong commitment on plan application. If we strong on our plan that could be a good way to reach our goal. There are so many challenges on application and it can detect early base on our habit.

We should make a list containing all of our habits both good habit and bad habit. Write in detail so you can see what should be improved because if not improved you could have a lack on application. This lack or bad application like acne that can disturb our performance even just small piece so to remove it we need acne cream.

Don’t wait until your small bad habit will destruct your plan so remove it as soon as possible and keep on your good habit.
