Looking a job is not easy, even sometime if we know and found the right way it could be easy. Everyday we can see on the television, read news paper or hear from radio that the number of unemployed become multiple time that few years ago. Even the main responsible of this problem in on the government hand but actually there is on the best solution on this because there are some limitations with the government power. There are some alternatives solutions to reduce the number of unemployed, here some of them:
· Exploring all resource in the country and try to provide some mass project that using as much as possible the number of citizen. Even this project is just temporary job but if the pilot project can running well supposed to be there are another project as a continues ways.
· Give s benefit support for capital owner especially from foreign country so they have a big interest to provide their main business or industry in the country. The benefit for them can be an easier on administration, export-import tax reducer and law enforcement.
· Try diversification on the some main industries as backbone. The main industries should be follow the culture and environment condition of the country. For example if the country is an archipelago, supposed to be the main industry is fish industry. This will help the citizen to explore the nature resource and make it as a business and industry
· Provide as much as possible available jobs inside the country and the foreign country. This way can help job seeker to find the job inside or outside the country. For example you are a salesman right now and have a plan to move to
· Government can make a bilateral treatment with some countries sin related with available jobs in each country the possibilities to send their citizen to fill some of position. This solution can have some benefits like additional cash flow and as the reducer number of unemployed.
Above options can only work if there is cooperation between government and citizens so we can work together to get the best solution for the better future of citizens.
Today after work is finished I come to my friend house and found he is playing online gambling. I was little surprise because I never knew before that he ever played online casino. Even everyday we can see there are so many jobs information in news paper, radio or internet but still there is quantity gap between job seeker and available jobs. The numbers of jobs seeker always several times bigger than jobs.
Computer already become big need for business even just small business even computer business is a giant industry. Every product in relation with computer could be following become a business like trading of hard disk, processor, ram, DVD room and mother disk.
We can found in every town there are so many computer store from big shop until small one. They sell parts of computer, accessories, software or receive computer repair. Especially for retail business there is a big benefit to reduce unemployed people because for example in small shop, there are at least 1 employee to serve the customer.

Many people begin work or start careers and it never occurs to them they may be doing the same job for 20 or 25 years. It doesn‘t occur to them that they should investing any amount of time, money and energy to learn how to do their jobs very, very well. They should be prepared to make any sacrifice to excel at what they do so that they can earn the very most that it is possible to earn in that profession. Even if it takes years of hard work to get to the top, with long time perspective, they will persevere. They realize that the time is going to pass anyway. They only question is where they will be on the earnings ladder five years from today.
Once again, here are the five reasons why people retire poor: Number one, it never occurs to them that they too can become wealthy.
